KPMG is a global network of professional firms providing audit, tax and advisory services. With over 6,000 team members working in 39 offices worldwide, KPMG works to add a local element to their day-to-day interactions with clients and vendors.
To announce their contribution to Ocean Wise® and raise awareness around ocean health, KPMG distilled a limited batch of artisanal blue gin. The gin would be given to existing and potential clients, influencers, and high-profile executives as an advocacy piece and a way to say thank you. Carter Hales was commissioned to create an elegant label system that celebrates the ocean and the marine life we are responsible for protecting.
Carter Hales combined 1920s-inspired typography and framing from gin’s golden era with finely etched illustrations of local marine life. The label was cut intentionally narrow in order to display as much of the bright blue beverage as possible.
