The merger of two law firms, one specializing in civil litigation, the other in family law, into Virgin Hickman created the need for a visual identity and website to reflect the new firm’s business and the personality of its principals. Our articulation of the firm’s tagline, Conviction, Commitment, Compassion, influenced creative direction for the rest of the multi-layered visual identity.
We designed a monogram consisting of V and H. An acute triangle is keen and confident, while subtle curves impart humanity and empathy, distinguishing Virgin Hickman from other high-calibre law firms. The wordmark is sophisticated and speaks to credibility, and the fresh, balanced colour palette breaks free of dated, stuffy law offices. The overall look is balanced with a sense of warmth and professionalism.
