After refreshing viaSport’s visual identity and overall brand, we tackled their website.
viaSport’s previous website was loaded with essential but disorganized information. A clunky user experience corrupted the brand experience and belied viaSport’s depth and importance in the British Columbia amateur sport sector. So, we tore it down to build it up.
Extensive discovery helped define viaSport’s core audience, allowing for a more relevant content strategy and structure that gets users where they need to be without confusion. Tabbed subject matter is easy for respective sport-sector audiences to identify, and plain-language copy avoids insider and industry jargon. The resulting brand experience announces viaSport’s place as the province’s champion of amateur sport.
