viaSport British Columbia
viaSport is a not-for-profit that supports the development of resources for safe and inclusive amateur sport in British Columbia.
We refreshed the viaSport brand with an updated look that builds upon brand equity in the existing logo and wordmark. A new colour palette is distinctively West Coast, and typography hits a spectrum of tones from collaborative and playful to inclusive and accountable.
We wrote brand messages and positioning to capture, with brevity and clarity, viaSport’s broad mandate and critical elements of inclusivity, safety in sport, and partnership. The modernized identity reflects the organization’s evolution and the audiences they serve while honouring the spirit of the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Winter Games, from which viaSport was born.
