Mastering a trade unlocks incredible potential, and SkilledTradesBC is helping build the most diverse and sustainable trades-based workforce in Canada.

In 2022 SkilledTradesBC changed its name from Industry Training Authority. Partnering with Redshift Collective, we co-developed a brand strategy to reflect the organization’s new name and mandate and better illuminate the value of trades.

Our multi-layered visual identity system liberates SkilledTradesBC from the indistinguishable look of industry peers. With the depth needed to speak to diverse audiences, it roots the brand in its promise to “unlock opportunities, build inclusivity, and create valuable journeys.” It also captures a modernizing of the trades training system in BC and comes to life through expression in print and digital applications.
