ALYA
Alya is a boutique hotel in Penticton, British Columbia. Its secluded suites overlooking Skaha Lake offer privacy and exclusivity rare to the region.
We built Alya’s brand identity from the ground up to reflect an ultra-modern guest experience that would appeal to high-income city dwellers. The translation of Alya — Arabic for both sky and heaven — influenced design choices. The property’s location on a cliff imbued a dramatic and sophisticated logo. The Materials and colours of Alya’s architectural and interior concept drawings inspired the rest of the design system, including the final colour palette and textures.
