Vancouver International Airport Skytrax Award Anniversary

In 2017, YVR was voted Best Airport in North America at the Skytrax World Airport Awards for a record-setting eighth year in a row. YVR was the first and only airport to receive this award for eight consecutive years.

To help celebrate this achievement, our brand design company developed a series of eight unique airport-themed illustrations featuring the number 8. Carter Hales applied this creative to office signage, hanging banners, and exterior wall graphics, as well as chocolate bar wrappers and playing cards, to commemorate the achievement with staff and passengers.
